I have been doing nails since 2020 when I was only 13 years old. Now I’m 17 and recently licensed <3. I also have my own suite at Image Studios on farrow pkwy! MY POLICIES ———————— DEPOSITS- I require a 35$ deposit for each appointment. Deposits will confirm your appointment for that day and time (this will go towards your total payment.) Your appointment will not be accepted until the deposit is sent. If the deposit is not sent within 24 hours of making the appointment, your appointment request will be declined. Please let me know once you’ve sent it! CANCELING/LATE POLOCY- I have a 15 minute grace period. If you fail to arrive before then, your appointment will be considered cancelled and your deposit will not be refunded. If you are running late please let me know, I may be able to still fit you in after the 15 minute mark. But that is not always possible, so please make sure to be on time. I charge a 10$ late fee if you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment. If you are late to your appointment more than three times without proper reason, you will be blocked from booking. No call no shows (without proper reason) will result in being blocked from booking and your deposit not being refunded. RESCHEDULING- If you need to reschedule, please make sure to do so at least 48 hours before your appointment. If failed to do so, you will not receive your deposit back and will be asked to send a new one for any future appointments. WHEN BOOKING/HOW TO- When booking an appointment please let me know what tier design you would like! If you do not let me know while making your appointment, I may not have enough time to give you the look you want. If you do not find a time or day that works for you, I do have squeeze in appointments sometimes! Just text and ask! Squeeze in fees are an extra 25$ and are required at the time of making the appointment. And you guys are never bothering me!! Questions are okay:) REMOVALS- I do not work on top of other peoples work!! If you have a set from anyone other than me, please add on a foreign removal to your appointment. If you fail to do this, your appointment may have to be rescheduled! ALLERGIES- If you have any sort of allergy please let me know before hand so I know what I can and cannot use! PAYMENT- I accept cashapp, venmo, apple pay, cash, or card for your payment method! If you are paying in cash please keep in mind I do not always have change. There is also a 3.5% convenience fee to any payment made with a debit card. Tip is not included in the final price, and is not mandatory/required but is greatly appreciated! FAILURE TO ABIDE BY THESE POLICIES WILL RESULT IN BEING BLOCKED FROM BOOKING.
