I have been doing nails since 2020 when I was only 13 years old. Now I’m 18 and licensed <3. I have my own suite at Image Studios on Farrow Parkway in Market Common! My policies! ——————— DEPOSITS- I require a 35$ deposit for new clients. Reoccurring clients will not need to pay a deposit. Deposits will confirm your appointment for that day and time (this will go towards your total payment.) Card does have a 3.5% processing fee RESCHEDULING- If you need to reschedule or cancel, please make sure to do so at least 48 hours before your appointment. I will definitely work with you if there is an emergency or if you are sick. We are all human! CANCELING/LATE POLOCY- I have a 10 minute grace period. If you fail to arrive before then, your appointment will be considered cancelled. New clients If you fail to show within the grace period of your appointment, without proper notice of cancellation, your deposit will not be refunded and you will be asked to send a new one for future appointments. Reoccurring clients If you fail to show within the grace period of your appointment, without proper notice of cancellation, you will be required to pay a cancellation fee of 35$ to make any future appointments (non refundable and does not go towards the payment of your service.) If you are running late please let me know, I may be able to still fit you in after the 10 minute mark. But that is not always possible, so please make sure to be on time. If you are late to your appointment more than three times without proper reason, you will be blocked from booking. No call no shows (without proper reason) will result in being blocked from booking and your deposit not being refunded. BOOKING/HOW TO CONTACT When booking please make sure to tell me what design choice you’d like, failure to do this may result in me not being able to have enough time to give you what you want! You can text me at any time! 704-305-2645. I may not respond to calls but I will always get back to a text as soon as I can. Sundays and Wednesdays I have off, so I may not be able to answer any texts:) If you have any questions about pricing, location, or what to book for, please just let me know! I try my best to answer within 24 hours. My suite is small! You may bring a friend with you but I do not have room for more than one other person. No pets are allowed. REMOVALS- I do not work on top of other peoples work!! If you have a set from anyone other than me, please add on a foreign removal to your appointment. If you fail to do this, your appointment may have to be rescheduled! ALLERGIES- If you have any sort of allergy please let me know before hand so I know what I can and cannot use. PAYMENT- I accept venmo, apple pay, or card for your payment method! Card does have a 3.5% processing fee. Tip is not included in the final price, and is not mandatory/required but is greatly appreciated! FAILURE TO ABIDE BY THESE POLICIES WILL RESULT IN BEING BLOCKED FROM BOOKING.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
